Nestled in the Sonoran Desert, just outside Scottsdale, CIVANA is a new destination wellness resort that offers a regenerating experience to a wide audience of wellness travelers, as well as those simply looking for a serene and healthy get-away.

Movement: We believe an active body is a happy body. Every day, every guest at CIVANA is invited to participate in more than a dozen complimentary movement and fitness classes – everything from a morning hike and aerial yoga to myofascial release and TRX training. There’s something for everyone. (And if not moving is your idea of wellness, we have three pools on property, all within reach of a snack or cocktail. See, that’s wellness too.)
Spa: CIVANA’s state-of-the-art spa has 22 treatment rooms offering a wide range of therapeutic and rejuvenating treatments focused on healing through water. Our Aqua Vitality circuit which contains our Kneipp walk, Sanarium and Cold Deluge, coupled with a Watsu therapy pool, 25-meter pool, sundeck, salon, and more will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Nourishment: CIVANA hosts two on-property restaurants, Terras and Cafe Meto. From grain bowls, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and wellness shots at Cafe Meto to farm-to-table, veggie-forward entrees at Terras, renowned Chef Justin Macy and his culinary team present really good food that is also really good for you, with a great wine list to boot.
Discovery: At the core of how we understand wellness is the commitment to provide paths of change, growth, and discovery, be it an appreciation for the natural beauty around us, new experiences or relationships, or a deeper understanding of the self. Whether your version of wellness is a glass of wine with a friend or meditation on the yoga lawn, we are committed to providing the possibility for you to checkout changed, if even just a little – to leave more than when you arrived.
