Whether you are looking to tap into mindfulness by learning meditation or strengthening your core with one of our many yoga offerings there is a class that is right for you. We also offer private classes to meet your individual needs in a more intimate setting. It’s all part of our holistic approach to total wellbeing.
Class sign-ups are available 14 days prior to arrival on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our Guest Experience Guides will reach out to you to plan your classes and spa appointments, ensuring a wonderful and stress-free stay.
If you are looking for a more intimate wellness experience, a member of our guest experience team can assist with booking private sessions.
Guests can book 3 classes per day, per person, as part of our complimentary class offerings. Guests can start classes two hours prior to 4pm check-in time and two hours after 11am check-out time.
For your safety and as a courtesy to others, please arrive 5 minutes prior, as late arrivals are not permitted. You must cancel by 5pm the day prior to your class to avoid being charged in full for paid classes or $15 no-show fee for each complimentary class.
