Who is this community for?
If you lead wellbeing strategy inside your organization, this is for you. Whether your title is Chief Wellbeing Officer, Head of Wellness, VP of Employee Experience, or something similar, you’re likely navigating a mix of vision, culture change, and operational execution. Here, you’ll find others doing the same—and ready to build better, together.
How will this community continue after the initial event?
This is just the beginning. As a member, you’ll help shape how the community lives on—through virtual touchpoints, collaborative projects, and future gatherings. The intention is long-term support, not a one-time event. We’re hoping to build something truly special together.
